Kezman hints at exit
Newly-crowned Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven could be
about to lose the services of their prize asset, the Eredivisie's top
goalscorer Mateja Kezman. The Belgrade-born striker admitted
he has already been contacted by top clubs in Spain and Italy and could be
on his way out of the Philips Stadion before the start of next season. "There are a lot of coaches who want
me in their team," Kezman told Voetball International. Kezman scored 35 goals for PSV as
they took the title and could follow the example of Ruud van Nistelrooy, who
left the club for Manchester United in 2001. "Normally I would play one more
season at PSV, but what is normal?," said Kezman. "If a big club comes with a bag of
money, it will happen anyway that I will leave the club. "Barcelona, Valencia, Juventus and
AC Milan are interested. They have contacted my agent." |
